Jonas Hörna

Our best room for Board meetings is Jonas Hörna. It is located on the ground floor close to the hotel reception and dining room. The room has a lovely view of Museiparken and Lilla Torget.

Here it is quiet and you can work completely undisturbed in a nice environment. The room is furnished with a boardroom table and 12 comfortable chairs. There is plenty of natural light, LCD TV screen. There are also traces of the owner family’s great interest in music – Play away if you want break music during coffee.

Curiosities – Jonas Hörna is named after the city’s great pride Jonas Alströmer, who brought potatoes to Sweden and laid the foundation for the Swedish textile industry. The building in the museum park is Alströmerska Magasinet, the city’s oldest secular building from the 1750s.

During the filming of the movie “Min pappa Marianne” with Rolf Lassgård and Hedda Stiernstedt in the main roles, the room was a make-up room for the actors.
